Research Networks & Maps
These interactive bibliometric visualizations are based on 144 Scopus-indexed documents authored or co-authored by V. Plevris. The bibliographic data were retrieved on 29 October 2026, and the networks were generated using VOSviewer.
Keyword Co-occurrence Network
This network illustrates relationships among research keywords. Nodes represent keywords, links indicate their co-occurrence within publications, and colors distinguish clusters of related research topics.
- Data Source
- Scopus (Elsevier).
- Dataset
- 144 Scopus-indexed documents authored or co-authored by V. Plevris.
- Data Retrieval Date
- 29 October 2026.
- Bibliometric Software
- VOSviewer.
- Type of Analysis
- Keyword co-occurrence analysis.
- Unit of Analysis
- All keywords, including author keywords and indexed keywords available in the Scopus records.
- Counting Method
- Full counting. Each document contributes one occurrence to each keyword present in that document and one co-occurrence to each pair of keywords appearing together.
- Minimum Number of Keyword Occurrences
- 4.
- Minimum Displayed Link Strength
- For improved readability, the interactive visualization initially displays links with a minimum strength of 2. This visual filter does not alter the underlying network data. Visitors can change this setting at any time using the VOSviewer controls.
- Keyword Selection
- All keywords meeting the minimum occurrence threshold were eligible for inclusion, subject to thesaurus normalization and exclusions.
- Keyword Standardization
- A custom VOSviewer thesaurus was applied to merge synonymous or alternative keyword expressions and exclude selected generic or nonspecific terms.
- Network Interpretation
- Nodes represent keywords, and links indicate their co-occurrence within publications. Node size reflects the selected weighting attribute (typically keyword occurrences), while link strength indicates how frequently keywords appear together. Colors distinguish clusters of related keywords.
Co-authorship Network
This network illustrates scientific collaboration patterns. Nodes represent authors, links indicate co-authored publications, and colors distinguish clusters of collaborating researchers.
- Data Source
- Scopus (Elsevier).
- Dataset
- 144 Scopus-indexed documents authored or co-authored by V. Plevris.
- Data Retrieval Date
- 29 October 2026.
- Bibliometric Software
- VOSviewer.
- Type of Analysis
- Co-authorship analysis.
- Unit of Analysis
- Authors.
- Counting Method
- Full counting. Each co-authored publication contributes to the collaboration relationships among its authors, without fractional weighting based on the total number of co-authors.
- Minimum Number of Documents per Author
- 2.
- Minimum Number of Citations per Author
- 0.
- Author-Name Standardization
- A custom VOSviewer thesaurus was applied to consolidate alternative author-name forms, including variations in initials, given names, and surname formatting, to ensure consistent identification of researchers within the co-authorship network.
- Author Selection
- All authors meeting the minimum document and citation thresholds were eligible for inclusion after name standardization.
- Network Interpretation
- Nodes represent authors, and links indicate co-authorship relationships. Link strength reflects the number of publications co-authored by two researchers under full counting. Node size depends on the selected weighting attribute (typically the number of publications), while colors distinguish clusters of collaborating researchers.
